About F.L.E.C.A.
F.L.E.C.A was started due to one persons idea that every Law
Enforcement Officer, Correctional Officer and Private Security Officer
had certain rights that needed to be protected in the course of
performing their job duties. This person was Darren Freeman. Mr.
Freeman saw a need that was not being filled, the need for an
organization that will assist you under any situation you might find
yourself in. It is amazing that when one of us gets into trouble
everyone around you will run for cover. Do you think your agency has
your best interests in mind while they are investigating you? We can
say NEVER. An agency and its administrators first priority is to
protect the agency. We can say that a lot of people in our fields have
no idea what their rights are during a Criminal and or Administrative
Investigation. Sometimes we hope that if we cooperate that it will go
away, well we can tell you something, that it wont. If you can afford a
high priced attorney and expert witnesses you need not read any
further, but if you cannot than F.L.E.C.A . Might just be for you. We
provide consulting and expert witnesses to all our members. We are
there when most other organizations who promise this service do not.

exactly what we try to teach those that think
they don't need F.L.E.C.A. The meaning
